Know what to fix

How do we get listed on the pages AI already quotes?

AI assistants build their answers from a small set of reviews, roundups and lists. We show which ones skip you, find the editor, and draft the pitch for you to approve.

Citation outreach target list ranking third-party cited pages by leverage, with citation volume, prompt coverage, share of voice and site authority per row, and a flag on pages that mention competitors but not the brand

  1. 1Every page AI quotes, filtered to the ones worth pitching

  3. 3Why it's quoted: what AI searched for, and what it took from the page

What you do with it

  • Pitch the roundups that already list tools like yours
  • Edit each drafted email and approve it before it sends
  • Check whether AI names you more once the listing goes live

What it can't do

  • We can't make an editor say yes. Many pitches get no reply.
  • Some assistants don't show every source they read. The list is a strong sample, not a complete one.
  • We never pitch vendor sites. Pages selling a product like yours are left out.
  • Results take time. We measure again about two weeks after a listing goes live.

How we find the pages AI quotes

We track every page cited in AI answers to your buyers' questions. Pages are ranked by how much a mention there would help. Four things decide the order. How often AI quotes the page, and for how many different questions. How much of the answer it shapes. And how much weight the site carries.

Pages that name tools like yours but not you are marked Could list you. That is your shortlist. One listing there can change the answer.

Citation outreach, from contact to listing

We find the editor or author behind each page. We read the page's structured data and metadata, and crawl politely within its robots rules. Every email address is checked before you see it.

The draft is written around the passage AI quotes from that page. It says what the page already covers and what you'd add. It isn't a template with the site name swapped in.

You approve the contact and the email before anything sends. Send from your own Microsoft mailbox, so replies land in your inbox, or through ours. Every email has a working unsubscribe link. Follow-ups are spaced out and stop as soon as someone replies.

Teams pitching many pages can turn on auto-send for first emails. It stays off until you switch it on.

Checking it worked

Before the first email, we record how often AI names you for the questions that page affects. About two weeks after a listing goes live, we ask those questions again. You see how often you're named, where you appear, and whether the page now cites you.

Questions about getting listed

Not unless you choose it. You approve each contact and each email. Auto-send for first emails is an option you switch on yourself.

Your own Google or Microsoft mailbox, so replies come to you. Or our sender, under your brand's name.

Vendor sites, and pages nobody can be added to, such as government sites and directories without editors.

About two weeks after it goes live, we ask the same questions again. You see whether AI names you more often for them.
