What should we change so AI recommends us more?
Every week you get a short to-do list, best job first. Each job says why it matters and how long it takes, and most open with a draft.

- 1Your jobs, best first. Start at the top.
- 2The kind of job: write a blog post, add a page, fix a page, and more
- 3How much it should help, and roughly how long it takes
What you do with it
- Start the top job and open its draft or step-by-step instructions
- Filter by job type, like Fix a page or Write a blog post
- Mark a job done, so we check whether AI names you more
What it can't do
- Every job needs evidence: a page AI quoted, and the date we read it. Without evidence, there's no job.
- We can't promise AI will name you after a fix. We measure before and after, so you see what changed.
- Old evidence moves a job lower. The job stays on the list, with its read date shown.
- Search Console data runs two to three days behind. Jobs built on it show the date it runs through.
- Before you connect a CRM, jobs are ranked on reach and effort, not on your open deals.
How the AI visibility to-do list is ranked
We start from what AI assistants said to the questions your buyers ask. Which pages they quoted. Where you were missing. What changed since last week.
Each job is scored on four things. How many questions it touches. How big the gap is. How sure we are. And how much work it takes.
Connect your CRM and questions tied to open deals move up. A small question sitting on live deals can rank above a bigger one that never led to a sale.
This is GEO (generative engine optimization) day to day. Concrete jobs, not a score to stare at.
The jobs on your list
Write a blog post that answers a question none of your pages covers. Add a page, or fix a page AI almost picks. Ask a site AI already quotes to list you. Reply to a Reddit or forum thread AI reads. Fix a technical problem that stops AI reading your site. Turn what AI says into ad ideas.
Each job opens on its own screen. You see the suggested content, the reason behind it, and how much it should help.
What happens after you finish a job
When a job is created, we record how often AI names you for its questions. That is the starting point.
When you mark the job done, it moves to Waiting for results. We ask the same questions again at 7, 14, 30 and 60 days. If too few answers came back to tell, we say so instead of guessing.
You can dismiss a job you disagree with. We keep a note of it. The questions you left alone show what happens without a change.

Questions about your to-do list
Best job first. Each job is scored on how many questions it touches and how big the gap is. We also weigh how sure we are and how much work it takes.
No. Nothing is published or sent until someone on your team approves it. That covers page changes, new posts, outreach emails and ads.
Then no job is created. Every job names at least one source and the date we read it. When the evidence is old, the job moves lower and shows the date.
The order. Questions tied to companies with open deals move up. HubSpot works today. Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho are coming soon.
