Service Description
Targetlytics AI provides AI reputation forensics and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code

Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
